Parade from Wakamiya shrine to Kawasaki Daishi Heikenji temple
No enter fee , watching or following parade only.It is outdoor parade festival.
This mikoshi parade is annual event by Wakamiya shirin and local neighborhood association of KD area. The parade starts from Wakamiya shirine and to Heikenji temple.
A mikoshi is a divine palanquin. Shinto followers believe that it serves as the vehicle to transport a deity in Japan while moving between main shrine and temporary shrine during a festival or when moving to a new shrine. (―from wikipedia Mikoshi)
What is the most uniqueness point of this is, that Mikoshi go in to the Buddhist temple, Kawasaki Daishi Heikenji.
Mikoshi parade is Shinto's ceremony, usually the Mikoshi is going around the town and back to shrine.
If you will be around Tokyo, especially Haneda- Shinagawa, and Yokohama area (including Haneda airport flyover) at 5th August, and if you want to local traditional customs, you should to visit Kawasaki Daishi area.
