Soba and Japanese sweets: Sobazen Hayama

​Hayama is soba noodle restaurant. The owner-chef has started out in Sushi restaurant in Ginza, most of soba meals are combine with Sashimi dishes.

It has starts as an amazake (traditional sweet drink made from fermented rice) shop at 1915, and loved loved by worshippers of Heikenji temple over 100 years. Not only amazake, Japanese sweets such as kuzumochi, anmitsu bowl (diced agar topped with red bean jam) , hot coffee and vanilla , matcha ice cream also available.

Winter season, restaurant open from9:00am. You can have soba as a breakfast.

All sweets menu are vegan.
