Since I felt like I was “stuck”, I visited Kawasaki Daishi Heikenji temple’s “exorcism ceremony”. Yes, I want to get rid of my bad luck.
Beforehand, I made a call to Heikenji temple and asked about their accessibility information which they kindly gave to me. Following that information, I showed the disability notebook to the security guard in front of the parking area beside the Shintokaikan, where he explained further to me. There is one parking lot for those with disabilities.
Inside the temple is pavement to the main hall which is a gravel road. However, the pavement from this parking lot to the main hall is fully covered. Heading this way and across to the front of the toilet area. After applying for the exorcism fire ceremony, I headed to the main hall.
On the right side of the main hall, there is a ramp for wheelchairs.
The ramp is a bit steep, so if it’s difficult you can request additional help from the staff.
I did it!
But my T-shirt came out from using all my strength.
And, there was a low ramp to the main hall.
In the main hall, the staff cleaned the tires.
After the speech by the monk, the ceremony started!
To receive the good luck charm, I went down via that high ramp.
Inside the temple area, there are several accessible toilets.
I will show one as an example, it is beside the reception of exorcism.
The other toilet was a usual size one with a wide sliding door.
It is also helpful.
Anyway, I highly recommend to visiting Heikenji.
